Oh man, I've finally cleared my SA2 marking. Was so motivated to mark last night because of our super efficient Candice. When we were struggling with our marking, she has already cleared her EL P1, Geography paper, written the markers' report and the most incredulous part, she has already written the remarks for her form class. All she has to do is to wait for her Paper 2 to come in on Monday.

Oh gosh, we were super amazed with her super efficiency. Thus, we have decided not to 'befriend' her until we are done with our marking. Haha. Super childish I know, that was said in jest.

I tell you, the past few days were hell, or rather the past two weeks were madness, especially for EL and Humanities teachers. From clearing CA marking to SA marking, I have been struggling and vomiting at the same time, vomiting because of those CMI compositions and the super funny mistakes that the students wrote in their compos.

We stayed in school till six plus in the evening, then Angela and I then proceeded to Rail Mall Subway to mark till 10pm, occasionally Candice and Susan would join us. When Subway is closed for the day, we would move on to Round Two of our marking, McDonalds at KAP, West Coast or Teck Whye till 12 plus. That has been our routine for the past few days.

What was worst that for the past few days, I had to wake up at 5am and leave my house at 6am to go to SEAB at Lower Delta Road to collect the exam papers for N levels. I nearly died, it's madness surviving on only four hours plus of sleep, and cans of coffee and Red Bull. It's super tiring to fight with the Zzz monster.

Well, that's the job of the PE, I guess. Can't grumble much as I get to earn additional $47 per day for 13 days, and to do some simple calculation, that's quite a tidy sum of $600 plus.

And to those bewildered children, PE stands for Presiding Examiner, not Physical Education. Hence, don't open your mouth so big when I said that I had to do PE duties and can't go for lesson. For goodness, don't expect me to conduct PE (Physical Education) lessons because fat people can't run. haha. Or rather, fat people can run, but can't run fast and can't run for long. Haha.

During this exam period, teachers really have no life with that amount of marking. Luckily, my marking load for this EOY exam is lesser. That's because I have already cleared my dues during the Prelim exam for 4T EL and CPA. Otherwise, I would have died a more miserable death with marking and PE duties.

It's time to swear off Macs for the next few weeks because we have been eating Macs for the past few days at ten plus at night. Super fattening man. Time to exercise and detox after all the damage that marking has done to the teachers. No Subway and Delifrance too. Haha

Time to take a break now, before continuing with the markers' report, SEM report, fundraising for the Batam trip, updating parents for the Yunnan trip, Infocomm matters, and many many overdue admin duties, then lastly the remarks for my darling form class report books. Oh ya, and their chalet. I can't log in to check the availability.

Oh gosh, the nightmare is not over yet. It's never ending.
